Our Process
Every project at Croce Innovative Design follows a collaborative and structured process designed to minimise complexity while maximising innovation and efficiency. Whether you are starting with an initial concept or require assistance at a specific stage of development, we can integrate into the process wherever needed from early ideation through to prototyping and manufacturing support.

Discovery & Consultation
We begin by understanding the idea, objective, and requirements of the project. This stage focuses on identifying functionality, manufacturing considerations, materials, timelines, and overall project goals.

Concept Development
Initial concepts are explored through sketches, CAD development, and design iterations. During this stage, ideas are refined into practical and manufacturable solutions while maintaining the original vision.

CAD & Visualisation
Detailed 3D CAD models and photorealistic renders are produced to accurately communicate the design before manufacturing begins. This allows for validation, presentation, and refinement prior to production.

Prototyping & Testing
Using additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping methods, concepts are brought into the physical world for evaluation, fitment, and functional testing. Iterations are made where necessary to optimise performance and manufacturability.
